Identified

We are currently experiencing delays in processing within our incoming messages pipeline. This may result in delays for you in receiving messages and minor delays in the processing of AI Agent messages. We're not experiencing any data loss, as messages are buffered.

The root cause of this issue is related to issues in our Cloud Provider's infrastructure.

Our team is actively working to mitigate the impact and restore normal functionality as quickly as possible.

This incident affected: Helpdesk Integrations (Email, Live Chat, Shopify integration, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, WhatsApp) and Automate (AI Agent).
