A fix has been implemented for the Android users and the new version is live on the store. We are monitoring the results.

Update
For the users that are accessing the Helpdesk on the Gorgias Mobile app, the authentication is currently not possible. We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

The Gorgias mobile app has trouble connecting to the Gorgias servers. A new version is being pushed to the Play Store and App Store; make sure you have the latest version installed.
