Due to a faulty upgrade that we did on May 14, over the last 2 days we noticed unreliable execution of rules on tickets created from emails. The most impacted customers were the ones located on eu-west1-c511 and us-east4-65cd clusters. The upgrade was rolled back and everything should be back to normal. We are really sorry for the issues and we will make sure that it will not happen anymore!
