Database server crash
Incident Report for Gorgias
Resolved
Due to one of our cloud provider's servers experiencing a failure, the main database serving our customers in Australia experienced a 10 minute downtime between 19:50 - 20:00 UTC as we brought the database back up on a new server.

During this time users were unable to access their helpdesks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused on such an important day for our customers, we are and have been working doubly hard on reliability improvements to make the Gorgias experience as enjoyable as possible.
