We will perform a scheduled maintenance of Helpdesk Search and Views components.
During this time Helpdesk will remain accessible, but some of the features may experience interruptions or processing delays:
- Tickets and ticket messages created or updated during the maintenance will not appear in views or search results. - Customers created during the maintenance will not appear in search results. - Any changes you make to your product recommendations will not take effect until maintenance is complete. This means: - If you add a new product to your site, AI Agent will not recommend that product. - If you delete an existing product, AI Agent may still recommend that product. - All data created before the the maintenance will remain fully accessible.
Once the maintenance is completed, all data will be available and up to date again.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Helpdesk (REST API, Web App, Mobile Apps), Automate (AI Agent), and Helpdesk Clusters (aus-southeast1-fcb9).
